2015 Annual Fibromyalgia Awareness Picnic
May 17, from 2-6pm at Festival Plaza in Waterfront Park.
Our theme this year is “Your Voice Matters” as part of the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association awareness campaign to celebrate National Fibromyalgia Awareness Day on May 12.

As tradition, our annual awareness picnic features support staff, education & vendor booths, raffles, Bingo, kids games, free food & entertainment and more!
Bring your family, friends and spread the word! This is free and open to the public!
Volunteers are always welcomed and we have an Event Committee in place who meet monthly. If you wish to be involved as a volunteer please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and an Event Coordinator will contact you.

*Note: I-65 is currently under construction due to the implementation of a new bridge. It is recommended to use caution and watch signs closely! You can use alternate routes such as US31 (Clark Memorial Bridge – 2nd st bridge) or I-64 to 9th street exit. We are located on E. Witherspoon St behind Joe’s Crab Shack. There is a parking garage on corner of Bingham and Witherspoon or you can park on streets nearby.
